The Swinging Ladies
The event was a promotion for Davidoff. "The Swinging Ladies" was a living decoration which guests walked under as they entered the venue. The concept was created by Magnolia Event Entertainment, Clean Edge were contracted to design a rigging solution.
The challenge was to build a safe structure to take a dynamic load, at a height of 8.4 meter, with a footprint of less than 3 meters.
The structure was built with 30 cm square truss. 2 tons a ballast was concealed under black cladding at the base.
